If the price was $20 for home experience I would say that's a fair price for new released movies at cinemas. Staying at home wouldn't give me the full us it's my power and my equipment that I am using so paying $30 is a bit too much for home experience. I could Goto a regular cinema and pay $24 but I rather pay for the full experience. When I Goto cinemas I typically go with a +1 to a VMAX so total ticket price is $32 for the experience. Can range from $60AUD for VMAX day bed for two ($30 each) or $26 full price for regular seat in same cinema ($17 member price) Price for standard room and standard seat is $12.(prices can be more if going to a city. Cinema prices varies depending which suburb I Goto. I disagree with charging $30 for rent yet an additional $5 I can own it. Please note these are Canadian prices I'm quoting. I acknowledge that studios/distributors are trying to avoid taking losses on these films but would they not clear more in profits by making rentals more affordable, thereby incentivizing more people overall to rent these movies?
